I’m up at seven, and after coffee and the net news, head off for an hour long walk around Shadle Park. We’re out of protein powder, and so breakfast is a couple of Edge drinks, and then we head over to the club.

We get home at noon, and while Lolly goes for her nap, I go over to the library to pick up an audio book for our upcoming trip. On the way home, I stop by Costco for some much needed protein powder and other provisions, including roast chicken and spinach salad for lunch. Lolly is up when I get home, and we eat our lunch, saving half for tomorrow.

After Lolly leaves for work I settle in for more housework, getting caught up before we leave for Seattle. I clean the basement and bathrooms, then put junk away in the computer room. In the late afternoon, I put sprinklers on. It’s hot, and we will be gone for ten days. Dinner is a chicken stir-fry. After eating, I play computer games for a couple hours, then chat on the radio until Lolly gets home.
